Rates

Important Booking Information:

*Bookings are Saturday to Saturday ONLY.

(Longer lets/discounted rates may be available during November to March)

*£250 Refundable Good Housekeeping Deposit required with final balance payment. This will be refunded within week of check-out provided there is no damage and the property is left in a similar condition to which you find it in.

*A 30% non-refundable deposit payment is required to secure a booking. Final balance is due 12 weeks prior to check-in date. Bookings made within 12 weeks of check-in will be required to be paid in full. Should cancellation be necessary after paying final balance, a full refund (minus non-refundable 30% deposit) will be made but only if, and when, the property has been successfully re-let for your particular dates.

*Check-in on arrival date strictly 4pm and check-out strictly 9.30am on departure date (unless prior arrangement has been agreed with owner).
